We just got the rule today, so we're trying to get caught up on what the new OHV rules say, especially as they relate to the local level.

We are a can-do agency, used to getting it all done even if we have to make some tough decisions. But we are seeing hits in all budget areas, so it's not like there's a whole lot of extra money that we can take for travel planning. We're hoping to get some direction in how to prioritize, given our funding level.
